MATILDAS COMPETITION DISBANDED
The Matildas 2008 competition for high school girls has been disbanded. The PJSA is offering registered players in this league a $50.00 refund.
Follow these steps:
- Download and print out the Payment Request Form (Matildas)
- Fill in the form.
- Submit to the Bortollo canteen (Saturday mornings only). Alternatively post to the PJSA.
- The nominated payee will receive a cheque in the mail.
NOTE: Each player must complete a separate form. If players nominate a common payee then only one cheque will be issued.
